Thuta Aung

Thuta Aung is an experienced software development engineer in test (SDET) currently working at Zoox since January 2021. Previously, Thuta served as an embedded software engineer at both the University of Michigan and Evigia Systems, where expertise included smart IoT sensor interface design, implementation of various drivers, testing and debugging sensor data streams, and secure data encryption. In addition to technical roles, Thuta co-founded BridgeBurma, aiming to enhance education in Burma while pursuing entrepreneurial aspirations. Thuta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, completed in 2019, with earlier research experience in data collection and analysis.
