Anthony Demetriou

Anthony Demetriou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and policy development. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Manager at Zopa since March 2023, Anthony is also running a pilot program for the Chef Welfare Institute, focusing on assessing staff welfare through the Chef Welfare Awards initiative. Previously, Anthony held multiple senior roles at HM Treasury from September 2016 to March 2023, including Senior Policy Advisor in the Enterprise and Growth Unit and Head of International Engagement. Anthony's academic background includes a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from the University of Nottingham.
