Siarhei Haiduchonak

Siarhei Haiduchonak is an Industrial Director and Co-Founder at Zorachka Inc. Siarhei has over fifteen years of experience in designing and launching industrial equipment for air pollution, control equipment, and medical equipment.

Siarhei has a degree in Automation and Control of Technological Processes and Production from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Siarhei began their career in 2004 as the Head of Design-Engineering Department at Polyefir, where they developed automation systems of assembly processes, plastic processing equipment, and devices.

In 2015, Siarhei became the Head of Design-Engineering Department at EnCata - Engineering Catalyst. There they were responsible for developing and launching industrial equipment for air pollution, control equipment, and medical equipment into manufacture.

In 2016, Siarhei left EnCata to pursue their current role as Industrial Director and Co-Founder at Zorachka Inc.

Siarhei Haiduchonak graduated from Belarusian National Technical University. Siarhei is certified from ICAgile in ICAgile Certified Professional - Business Value Analysis and from Lean Kanban University in Kanban Management Professional (KMP2) and Kanban System Design (KMP1). Siarhei is also certified from ICAgile in ICP.

They are on a team with Viktoriya Kazhan - CIO, Vladimir Perekladov - CTO & Co-Founder, and Pavel Karanevich - CBDO. Their manager is Russell Grapes, CEO & Co-Founder.
