Igor Chirashnya has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Igor began their career at Barcode Computers Ltd. as a Software Engineer from 1993 to 1995. Igor then moved to IBM, where they held the role of Senior Manager of InfiniBand and High Speed Networks Department for eight years. At IBM, they managed a department of over 80 people and successfully developed key high-speed networking products.

After their time at IBM, Igor joined TransChip as the VP of Engineering in 2003. Igor then worked at SanDisk as both the VP of Operations for Memory Cards from 2004 to 2006, and as the Sr Director of New Product Operations from 2006 to 2009. At SanDisk, they established and managed the New Product Operations group, overseeing the entire process from concept to mass production.

In 2008, Igor founded eMazeU, a video sharing company that was later acquired by Zoran Corporation. Igor served as its Founder and CEO until 2010. At Zoran, they held the position of VP of Applications in the Mobile Division. Zoran was a leading provider of imaging application processor SoCs for consumer electronic devices, and Igor played a crucial role in their success with tier-1 customers such as Samsung, Nikon, and Cisco.

Most recently, Igor worked at CSR as the VP of Applications for the Imaging Business Unit starting in 2011. CSR is a prominent provider of mobile connectivity, location solutions, and imaging technology. In this role, they were responsible for software development, program management, and product launches for imaging and video products. Igor successfully managed the development and on-time launch of innovative imaging chips, including the world's first single-chip dual-channel Mobile Drive Recorder by Garmin. Under their leadership, CSR made significant strides in video markets.

Igor Chirashnya obtained their BSc degree in Mathematics with a Computer Science Specialization from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1990 to 1994.
