Britt van Weereld

Britt van Weereld currently serves as a Leefcoach at Community Care, providing support to vulnerable elderly individuals to help them remain in their own homes as long as possible. With extensive experience in healthcare, Britt has held various roles at Zorggroep Elde Maasduinen since September 2018, including Triage Verpleegkundige and HBO Verpleegkundige in opleiding. Prior to that, positions included helpende at Stg Maasduinen and Persoonlijk begeleider at Stichting iXzelF. Educational background includes a degree in maatschappelijke zorg from Koning Willem I College, followed by a nursing degree from the same institution, and ongoing studies in Verpleegkundig leiderschap at Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
