Carina Boutkan Rcdi®

Carina Boutkan RCDI® is an experienced professional in human resource management and career development, currently serving as Adviseur Vitaliteit a.i., Loopbaanadviseur, and MD Adviseur at ZorgSaam Zorggroep Zeeuws-Vlaanderen since April 2019. Previously, Carina held the position of HR Adviseur at Omroep Zeeland and HR Officer at Vroon. Carina has contributed to the educational sector as a Docent HRM at HZ University of Applied Sciences, and as a Moduleontwikkelaar at NCOI Opleidingsgroep. Early career roles include HRD Professional at Bayon Training en Coaching and ownership of Piepers & Pasta catering. Carina has a Master’s Degree in Political Sciences from the University of Amsterdam and is a certified Register Adviseur Duurzame Inzetbaarheid, HRM, with additional training in resilience and stress management scheduled for 2024.
