Marty de Jonge

Marty de Jonge serves as Project Leader for the AI project within Scalda, focusing on the strategic implementation of AI technologies in education since September 2024. Concurrently, Marty leads the "Zorghulpen in de Thuiszorg" initiative at ZorgSaam Zorggroep Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, aimed at integrating unqualified workers into home and elder care to improve service quality. Previous roles include Agile Project Manager at AddVision, Program Manager for the "Talent for Zeeland" traineeship, and Project Coordinator for charging infrastructure in the Municipality of Veere, among others. Marty's educational background includes a Professional Masterclass in Organizational Psychology and certification as a Professional Scrum Master and Product Owner.
