Cathelijne Betz

Cathelijne Betz is an experienced HR professional with a background in the healthcare sector, currently serving as HR director at Zorgwerk since November 2008. Cathelijne has held various managerial roles, including Manager HR and Manager Bedrijfsvoering, and has also been responsible for operations as Vestigingsmanager in the Den Haag region. Prior to Zorgwerk, Cathelijne was the General Manager at YOUBAHN from July 2016 to August 2019, focusing on transformative technology in the labor market.
