Bekir Ağırdır, after graduating from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1979, Sales Manager and Assistant General Manager at Bilsan Bilgisayar Malzemeleri A.Ş. In 1984-1986, Meteksam Ltd. Sales Coordinator at the Company; In 1986-1996, General Manager at Pirintaş Computer Materials and Basım Sanayi AŞ; He served as Assistant General Manager at Atılım Kağıt ve Defter Sanayi AŞ in 1996-1999 and as General Manager and Board Member at PMB Smart Card and Information Technologies AŞ between 1999-2003. Between 2003 and 2005, he worked at the History Foundation, a non-governmental organization, first as the Coordinator and then as the General Manager. He has been working as the General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors at KONDA Research and Consulting Limited Company since 2005. In addition to his duties as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Zorlu Energy, Ağırdır is also a Member of the Board of Zorlu Group companies Vestel Beyaz Eşya Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and Vestel Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ.
