Burak II. Okay

Burak İ. Okay completed his middle school and high school education at TED Ankara College before graduating from Ankara University Law Faculty in 1990. Okay completed International Law Program in New York and started working as a lawyer at the Legal Consultancy Department of Türkiye İş Bankası (Isbank). He then worked as Associate Counsel at Garanti Bankası (Garanti Bank), as a Legal Consultant at MNG Bank, as Legal Affairs Director at Nortel Networks Netaş, and as a partner at Bener Law Office. Okay joined Zorlu Group in 2006 and restructured the Holding’s Law Department which serves all companies of the Holding. In addition to his position as the President of the Law Group, he has also been a board member at Zorlu Enerji since 2007.
