Troy (Andy) A.

Troy (Andy) A. has worked in the software engineering field since 2007. In 2007, they began working as a Night Auditor for Best Western International. Troy (Andy) then joined the United States Air Force in 2007, where they held the roles of Safety/Hazmat Manager, Production Support and Aerospace Ground Equipment Dispatch/Maintenance. In 2015, they worked as a Contract Web Developer for Atbash Services, Inc. and then joined ConnectWise as a Test Developer 1. Troy (Andy) was promoted to Application Developer I and then Software Engineer before being promoted to Team Lead. In 2020, they joined Revenue Management Solutions as a Team Lead Software Engineer III and is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer for Zorus since 2022.

Troy (Andy) A. obtained an EPA 608 Universal Refrigeration certification from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in May 2008. Troy (Andy) then attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology and an Associate of Arts - AA in Computer and Information Sciences, General. Troy (Andy) also graduated from Airman Leadership School in 2012 with a Graduate degree in Military and Strategic Leadership. In 2013 and 2014, they obtained an Associate of Science - AS in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the Community College of the Air Force and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In 2012, they also completed Train the Trainer in Supervisory Training from the Community College of the Air Force.
