Andrea M. Singer's work experience begins in 1999 at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Indiana as a Senior Applications Instructor. They then move on to DWA Healthcare Communications Group in 2001, where they served as the Web Conference Manager, Multimedia, & Trainer. In 2005, Andrea joined ETI Performance Improvement as an Applications Instructor. From 2007 to 2008, they worked at FORUM Credit Union as a Partner Services Specialist. In 2008, Andrea joined Infodynamics Inc as a Senior Software Analyst/Quality Assurance Analyst. In 2012, they joined Zotec Partners as a Product Support Analyst II, then moved on to become a Quality Assurance Engineer. Andrea returned to Zotec Partners in 2015 as a Customer Support Lead at Coactive. They later held positions such as Product Support Analyst II, Product Owner, Product Manager II, and currently serves as the Principal Product Support Analyst.

Andrea M. Singer attended Millikin University from 1995 to 1996, where they studied Technical Theatre and Theatre Design and Technology. Additionally, they obtained the Microsoft Office User Specialist, Expert Certification in Word, Excel, and Access from Microsoft in 2000.
