Katherine Gibson

Katherine Gibson, RHIA, has extensive work experience in healthcare coding and revenue cycle management. Katherine currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Coding Operations at Zotec Partners, where they lead the coding operational functions and ensures maximum reimbursement in compliance with regulations. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Operations, Coding at Zotec Partners.

Before joining Zotec Partners, Katherine worked at Franciscan Alliance as the Coding and Compliance Manager. In this role, they established and managed a coding department to support physician coding services in Indiana and Chicago suburbs. Their responsibilities included managing coding denials, pre-AR, and supporting non-specialty departments in coding and charge review.

Additionally, Katherine has experience in revenue cycle management at IU Health, where they worked in the inpatient revenue cycle department.
