Alyssa Kleppel

Alyssa Kleppel is a seasoned business development and recruiting professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the HPP & ZOTEK Business Development Manager at Zotefoams since July 2023, Alyssa previously excelled as a Corporate Recruiter at Salesforce, where responsibilities included managing the full cycle recruiting process, overseeing up to 15 open positions, and achieving top performance metrics. Prior to this, Alyssa held significant leadership positions at Board & Brush Creative Studio, including National Operations Manager, where training initiatives were developed and implemented for over 175 franchisees, and Studio Manager, achieving record sales. Alyssa also has experience as a Recruiting Specialist at Hydrite and began their career in human resources as an intern. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Dayton.
