Karol Zawada

Karol Zawada has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Karol currently works at Zowie as a Solution Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Zendesk, where they held the positions of Associate Technical Architect and Customer Advocate. At Zendesk, they were responsible for guiding customers through data migration and export projects, serving as a primary point of contact for project requirements, coordination, risk mitigation, and issue response. Karol also provided support for Zendesk's CRM product features, resolving technical issues, and conducting client training.

Before Zendesk, Karol worked at 66 Audio as a Customer Hero and at Codewise.com as a Customer Success Manager. Karol gained project management experience at Contellio Ltd, where they were responsible for client communication, requirement collection, scheduling, managing project processes, obtaining client feedback, and providing quality assurance.

Karol's work experience also includes a role as a Trainee Frontend Developer at Creativestyle Polska, where they focused on creating a task and time management application. Additionally, they volunteered at the Association for Cultural Initiatives "Wieniawa" and served as a Trainee at Komenda Wojewódzka Policji w Krakowie, Wydział Łączności i Informatyki, where they configured computers, recovered data, and performed data deletion tasks.

Throughout their career, Karol has gained experience in technical architecture, customer support, project management, software development, and IT administration.

Karol Zawada's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled in Szkoła Muzyczna I stopnia im. Stanisława Wiechowicza w Krakowie. Karol pursued a Diploma in Instrumentalist - saxophone and completed their studies in 2011.

Afterward, Karol attended AGH University of Science and Technology from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computational Engineering.

Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at AGH University of Science and Technology and obtained a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from 2015 to 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Karol completed the "Crash Course on Python" from Coursera in January 2023.
