Dilceia Arceno (Marshall) has extensive experience in international business. Dilceia began their career in 1995 as a Financial Analyst for Grupo Gerdau in Brazil. In 2004, they joined Schneider Industries as VP International Business & Latin America Operations. In 2022, they served as an International Business Consultant, assisting companies and corporations in developing international business plans and projects. Most recently, in 2023, they became COO & Everything Sleep at zPods, the first U.S. based company to provide kids with a customizable, sensory-friendly sleeping pod.

Dilceia Arceno (Marshall) began their educational journey in 1993 when they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, where they earned an Executive Secretary degree. In 2013, they received a Chancellor’s Certificate in International Trade from the University of Missouri & World Trade Center in Saint Louis, MO, with a focus in International Business/Trade/Commerce.
