Michał Stępień's work experience begins in 2003 as a Production Foreman at BGT Bischoff Glastechnik GmbH, where they were responsible for overseeing equipment, staff, and production processes. Michał then moved on to become the Head of the Technical Department and Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor at Intergaz Sp. z o.o.
In 2006, they joined RR Donnelley as a Maintenance Manager, where they managed the maintenance department at the plant level. Józefa Tischnera from 2011 to 2012 and completed Postgraduate Studies in Production Management. In 2013 to 2014, they pursued Postgraduate Studies in Project Management at Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera again.
Continuing their educational endeavors, Michał Stępień enrolled in the SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2016 to 2018 for an Executive MBA, earning a Master of Business Administration degree.
