Bella Howard

Bella Howard is an Associate in the Healthcare Life Sciences Practice at ZRG Partners, LLC, since July 2023, where a data-driven approach to talent advisory is employed. Previously, Bella served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Chicago's Development of Social Cognition Laboratory, focusing on a thesis study regarding children's perceptions of accents and utilizing various data analysis tools. Additional experience includes roles such as Student Operations Assistant aiding the undergraduate admissions process, Residential Assistant overseeing high school students, Vice President of Recruitment for the Delta Gamma sorority, and internships at Heartland Alliance and the Academic Success Program, which involved community outreach and support for disadvantaged high school seniors. Bella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Chicago, completed in 2023.
