Brandy Lai

Brandy Lai serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ZRG Partners, LLC since January 2023, focusing on empowering leaders with data-driven talent solutions. Previously, Brandy held the role of Executive Director of People & Culture at NeoGenomics Laboratories from April 2016 to January 2023, where notable achievements included enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, establishing employee resource groups, and maintaining high employee satisfaction and retention rates. Prior experience includes managerial and consulting roles at Randstad Enterprise, Gartner, and AccuData Integrated Marketing, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University.
