Britney Pierce

Britney Pierce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent advisory and business development. Currently serving as Managing Director of Interim Solutions at ZRG Partners, LLC since September 2023, Britney is part of a global talent advisory firm that addresses complex talent issues. Prior to this role, Britney was Managing Director of Business Development at Creative Financial Staffing from September 2012 to September 2023, where Britney focused on providing qualified accounting and finance professionals. Earlier experiences include roles as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at the University of Minnesota Duluth RSOP, and two marketing internships at NelsonJersett and University of Minnesota Duluth Athletics. Britney holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth’s Labovitz School of Business and Economics, and has also studied at John Cabot University.
