Erin Callaghan

Erin Callaghan is a seasoned professional in executive search and leadership recruitment, currently serving as Managing Director at ZRG since July 2025, specializing in hiring commercial leaders in the tech, telecoms, and digital infrastructure sectors. As a Founding Member of Chief, Erin contributed to the organization's launch in the UK in December 2022. Prior experience includes Managing Partner at Wilton & Bain, where leadership of the global Go-To-Market and Commercial Officers practice was emphasized and a member of the management team. Additionally, Erin served as Trustee for St Luke's Advice Service, supporting vulnerable communities during economic challenges. Early career experience includes a role as Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry within the EMEA Technology Practice. Erin holds a BA in Social Psychology from the University of Sussex, completed in 2003.
