Gerry Ricco started their career in 1984 as the co-founder and CEO of Rockford Industries, Inc. (RII). Gerry helped build the company’s infrastructure and capital structures. In 1995, they led RII to a successful IPO (NASDAQ: ROCF). For four years as a public company, ROCF continued to grow, reaching $250 million in assets. In 1999, they helped lead RII through a successful acquisition by American Express Company. For two years as President of American Express Business Finance, they continued to lead and grow the company.

In 2003, Gerry Ricco became the CEO/President of Equipment Dealer Financial Services, Inc. The company managed private label manufacturer captive lease and financing programs. It also provided consulting services and executive advisory services for Equipment Lease and Finance companies, Trade Finance, ABL, Factoring, Sub-Prime, Specialty Finance, and Banking. In 2015, they left Equipment Dealer Financial Services, Inc. to become the Managing Director at ZRG Partners.
