Lan Nguyen

Lan Nguyen has over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting. Lan is currently the managing director at ZRG Partners, a global executive search firm. Prior to their current role, Lan was a partner at Ward Howell International USA, where they worked from April 2018 to December 2020.

Lan has also served as managing director at Ellig Group and Heidrick & Struggles. Lan began their career as an associate at Spriggs & Hollingsworth in 1996, before moving to Chadick Ellig in 2000.

Lan is a highly-regarded authority in the executive search industry. Lan has a deep understanding of the ever-changing landscape of business, and has helped countless organizations find the leaders they need to succeed.
