Marc Gasperino

Marc Gasperino currently serves as Managing Director and Global Digital & Transformation Practice Leader at ZRG Partners, LLC, focusing on empowering leaders in making informed talent decisions. Previous roles include Senior Managing Director at Teneo, where the emphasis was on CEO advisory, and Partner at ON Partners, specializing in building C-level and board leadership teams. Gasperino co-led the Global Digital Practice and held the title of Managing Director, Digital Americas, at Korn Ferry, and served as Global Managing Partner for the Digital Practice at CTPartners. Earlier experience includes leading recruitment operations at Corporate Information Systems and working as a Corporate Trainer at GE Capital. Gasperino holds a BS in Psychology and Communications from Marist College.
