Dr. Bhaveka Arora is an experienced digital change consultant specializing in talent and learning, currently working at ZS. Previously held key positions at Airtel, including DGM of Talent and Learning, Head of HR for Airtel Broadband, and National HRBP for DTH. Prior to Airtel, Dr. Arora worked as a Zonal HRBP in Sales and Marketing at Mahindra Rise and as a consultant for content development at Aon Hewitt. Dr. Arora's experience also includes roles as Corporate HRBP and OD Manager with Mahindra & Mahindra.
