Nikita Choudhary has extensive experience in engagement management and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, particularly at ZS Associates, where roles included Americas West Region Lead for the Women@ZS DEI Group, Engagement Manager, Business Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Business Analytics Associate from January 2012 to December 2020. Nikita has a strong track record in stakeholder relationship building, research scoping, and delivering insights for pharmaceutical brands across product life cycles, alongside driving firmwide change to foster an inclusive environment. Previous experiences include engineering roles at JSW and Mahindra & Mahindra, supplemented by an MBA in Consumer Insight from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
