Pritam Basu is a Decision Analytics Associate Consultant at ZS, specializing in commercial analytics and incentive compensation design since October 2020. Pritam has successfully collaborated on numerous projects for over five clients, addressing sales force design and optimization issues through comprehensive data analysis. Key achievements include conducting detailed HCP targeting analyses and leading incentive compensation operations for a pharmaceutical client, enhancing operational efficiency through automation. Prior internships as a Full Stack Developer Intern and Data Science Intern, along with varied roles in creative writing, web application development, and project management, demonstrate a diverse skill set. Pritam holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science and has gained practical experience through various roles throughout the education journey.
