Chris Mullen

Chris Mullen is a highly experienced cybersecurity professional with over 19 years of service in the Department of Defense, specializing in cloud security and information technology program management. They served as Officer in Charge at NCTAMS PAC Det Puget Sound, leading a team to deliver critical Navy telecommunication services while maintaining a 99.998% efficiency rate. Chris also held various leadership roles, including Security Program Manager at DISA and Chief Information Officer at OPNAV, where they drove modernization efforts and improved operational efficiency. Currently, Chris is a Technical Program Manager at Zscaler while aspiring to become a Chief Information Security Officer. They hold a Master’s degree in Cyber Systems and Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School.
