Jacob Serpa

Jacob Serpa, MBA, currently serves as the Sr. Portfolio Marketing Manager at Zscaler, having joined the company in May 2021 after a role as Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Data Protection. Prior to Zscaler, Jacob held various marketing positions at Bitglass, Inc. from March 2017 to May 2021, including Sr. Product Marketing Manager. In addition to tech-focused roles, Jacob has experience in community service as Family Ministry Administrator at South Valley Community Church and as Instructional Program Specialist at Gavilan College, overseeing tutoring programs and managing teams. Jacob's academic background includes an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from San José State University, as well as an Associate of Arts from Gavilan College.
