Jennifer Miu is an experienced professional in strategic communications and marketing operations, currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Operations for Marketing at Zscaler since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various director-level positions at leading technology companies, including Director of Executive Communications at Zscaler, Director of PR and Corporate Communications at Aruba, and Senior Director of Product Communications at CA Technologies. Throughout Jennifer's career, key accomplishments include driving significant media coverage growth and leading high-performance teams across corporate communications, public relations, and executive messaging. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Mass Communications from San José State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
