Jimmie Jones is an experienced professional in technical sales and customer success, currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Zscaler since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jimmie held significant positions at Tanium from March 2015 to June 2025, including Regional VP of Technical Solution Engineering and Senior Director of Technical Account Management. Jimmie's career began at IBM, where responsibilities included leading the Worldwide technical sales team for Endpoint Management and Mobility and managing Sales Engineers for the West half of the US.
