Louise Dawkins is an experienced professional in customer success and operations management, currently serving as a Customer Success Operations Manager at Zscaler since December 2022. Prior to this role, Louise worked at the University of Oxford as a DARS First Line Analyst and Trainer from November 2018 to December 2022, specializing in CRM analysis and database administration. Additional experience includes serving as a Database and Research Officer at St Peter's College, as well as various support and administrative roles at The Open University and other organizations. Louise holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and the University of Wales Lampeter, respectively.
