Nathan Iglesias

Nathan Iglesias is an experienced professional serving as the Director of Strategy (People and Culture) at Zscaler since December 2023. With a distinguished military career in the Army National Guard since June 2004, Nathan has held various roles including Battalion Commander, Intelligence Chief, and Military Intelligence Officer. Concurrently, Nathan has been involved in local government as Vice Chair of the Planning Commission for the City of Sunnyvale since December 2021. Previous experience includes positions at Rivian and Google, where Nathan worked in People Insights and Strategy and Operations, respectively. Nathan holds an MBA from Cornell University, an Associate's degree in Persian Dari from the Defense Language Institute, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Santa Clara University.
