Patty Cavers possesses extensive experience in IT and business process engineering, with a career spanning multiple leadership roles across various organizations. At Aviat Networks, Cavers served as Director of Enterprise Applications and later as Director of Business Process Engineering, focusing on application strategy alignment with corporate objectives and enhancing business value through process optimization. Cavers advanced to Senior Director of Information Technology, overseeing global IT services and fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. Prior to Aviat, Cavers held key positions at Harris Stratex Networks, Innova Corporation, and Stratex Networks, with a strong foundation in demand planning and materials management. Currently, Cavers is the Director of Digital Transformation at Zscaler. Cavers is progressing towards an MBA from the University of Washington and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Whitman College.
