Steve McMahon is an experienced executive in customer success and operations with a strong background in technology and service management. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Success Officer at Zscaler since January 2024, McMahon previously held roles at CrowdStrike as Chief Information Officer for Customer Success & Operations, and at Splunk in various leadership positions, including Chief Information Officer. McMahon's extensive tenure at Cisco from 2001 to 2015 included directing service supply chain operations and technical services for Cloud and SaaS products. Early career experience includes roles at IBM in services solution sales and as a senior consultant at Coleman Consulting Group. McMahon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Leadership and Innovation from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
