Toshinao Sugai

Toshinao Sugai currently serves as the Head of Customer Success, TAM and Support at Zscaler, a position held since June 2025. Prior to Zscaler, Toshinao held multiple roles at Cybereason from May 2018 to June 2025, including Vice President of Customer Success, Product Support and Technical Service, as well as Director-level positions in Business Development and Customer Success. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at IPsoft from July 2015 to April 2018, Senior Software Consultant at BMC Software for part of 2015, and Senior Consultant at Hewlett-Packard from September 2013 to December 2014. Earlier career highlights include roles as Product Marketing Manager at KVH Co, Ltd, and Product Marketing Specialist at both TrendMicro Incorporated and Internet Security Systems Inc. Toshinao is an alumnus of Sapporo Hokuryo High School.
