Val Khechinashvili

Val Khechinashvili is an accomplished UX leader with a robust background in product design and user experience across various technology sectors. As the Head of UX at Zscaler since 2023, Val leverages extensive experience gained from previous roles, including Executive Director of Digital Experience at Ingram Micro, where leadership of a large international design team facilitated significant operational improvements for over 200,000 customers. Val has a proven track record from Moody's Analytics, where the establishment of a data-driven design culture was instrumental in the company's acquisition, as well as contributing to multimillion-dollar revenue through innovative product designs. With a foundation in entrepreneurship and consulting, Val co-founded multiple startups and served early in a design manager role at Wells Fargo’s Innovation Group, emphasizing collaboration and customer-centric design practices throughout career development.
