Shelly Bennecke

Shelly Bennecke serves as the Managing Partner at Laguna Ventures LLC, a management consultancy and start-up incubator focused on technology sectors such as mobility, health, blockchain, environment, and entertainment, since 2014. In addition, Shelly has held advisory roles for various global start-up companies through 19Y Advisors and has been active in local governance as a member of the Emergency Disaster & Preparedness Committee and Chair of the Environmental Sustainability Committee for the City of Laguna Beach. Shelly’s expertise in negotiation and conflict resolution is underscored by a Harvard Law Program on Negotiation certification and has been applied in business contexts. Shelly is an advisor and mentor for multiple organizations, including the University of Oxford Foundry and serves as a board member for Topline and Zschool. Recent educational achievements include participation in advanced programs at prestigious institutions such as Saïd Business School, Harvard Business School Online, and MIT Sloan School of Management.
