Derek Collins is a Vice President with ZSG, where he focuses on recruitment for the steel and manufacturing industries. He specializes in the pre-engineered building, structural steel, and deck and joist industries. He has been with the company since 2014.

He recruits in all areas of manufacturing with a heavy involvement in sales, senior-level management, engineering and project management. Derek also has a wide reach with skilled technical positions such as design engineers, drafters, and metallurgists.

With over 10 years of experience in outsourcing management and a history of successful partnerships with several of the largest Fortune 500 companies before joining ZSG, Derek is a strong asset to his clients and candidates.
