Ana Chirnoaga

Ana Chirnoaga, SSGB, currently serves as the Manager of Change Management at ZT Systems, a position held since March 2021. Previously, Ana managed new product introduction projects at Siemens Healthineers from 2017 to March 2021, overseeing a multisite, cross-functional team and ensuring product alignment with global instrument portfolios while navigating complex product development challenges. Ana's earlier roles include Product Engineer at Siemens Healthineers, where validation activities for the Atellica Solution were conducted, and Quality Control at Zimmer Biomet, focusing on manufacturing process improvements and quality assurance. Additional experience includes forecasting analysis at Movado Group, Inc. and productivity and reliability support at Colgate Palmolive. Ana holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, completed in 2017.
