Sheheryar Shah is responsible for leading mergers and acquisitions activity for current portfolio investments, developing and assessing investment opportunities, providing strategic management support, and monitoring investment performance. Shah led the portfolio rationalization initiative for the company’s portfolio investments and created exit opportunities for multiple portfolio investments. Before joining the company full time in 2016, he worked as a Strategy and Finance Consultant for ZT for several years. Previously, Shah was a Director with Arthur Lawrence, a management and technology consulting firm, leading its cloud solutions and strategy practice. Prior to Arthur Lawrence, he was with PWC Consulting.
