Tadessa Johnson-Williams

Tadessa Johnson-Williams serves as Director of Human Resources for ZT Corporate. Ms. Williams is a Certified Human Resource Professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting the strategic initiatives of Altus Community Healthcare Management and ZT Corporate, where, since 2011, she has worked to develop and manage strategic human resources functions and initiatives to support human capital within the organization. During her tenure as HR Director at ZT Corporate, she has successfully created congruent human capital management processes across the organization’s 23 entities. Her team provides concierge-level service to more than 1,200 employees on a daily basis.

Before joining ZT, Ms. Williams was a Regional Human Resource Consultant for TriNet, where she consulted with small to mid-sized businesses, offering strategies related to human capital management and risk mitigation. She served in similar roles for ADP TotalSource, Advantec, and Gevity. Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, and a Master of Business Administration in Global Management, all from the University of Phoenix. She is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certified by the Society of Human Resource Management.
