Syed Faisal Bukhari

Syed Faisal Bukhari is an experienced IMS Core Engineer currently working at ZTE Corporation since September 2025, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in VoLTE and VoWIFI networks. Previously, Syed worked at Zong CMPak Ltd from August 2018 to August 2025, holding various roles including CS & IMS Core Engineer, where responsibilities included ensuring network availability, daily KPI monitoring, and performance analysis of CS and IMS Core nodes. Earlier positions included NOC Engineer and Senior Officer Network Support, with a focus on performance monitoring, alarm surveillance, and handling network complaints in collaboration with multiple telecom operators. Syed holds an MSc in Electronics Engineering from Isra University and has completed additional certifications in networking, telecommunications, and IoT.
