Xiaoli Zhang

Xiaoli Zhang has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Chief Technical Officer at 中兴 since January 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing technical solutions and market strategy in the Telecom, Government, and Enterprise sectors. In addition to this role, Xiaoli Zhang is a member of the Telecom Solution Experts Group at ZTE MEA, focused on the design, examination, and optimization of key telecom projects. Previous positions include Technical Director responsible for the Lagos tech department, Product Manager providing wireless solutions, and Senior Engineer in GoTa and CDMA BTS R&D. Earlier career experience includes serving as Team Leader of the NGOSS research group at Huawei from July 2005 to January 2007. Xiaoli Zhang holds two Master's degrees from Northwestern University, specializing in Data Mining and Software Engineering & Theory.
