Sigrid Skjønsberg has a diverse work experience. Sigrid began their career in 2011 as a Service Assistant at MENY. In 2014, they joined UKA as a Marketing Board. In 2015, they began working as a Nursing Assistant at Oslo University Hospital. In 2016, they took on the role of Managing Director at Start NTNU, where they were responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations. In 2018, they joined Learnlink as a Customer Success Manager and Spark NTNU as a Promotion. In 2021, they began working as a Customer Operation at ZTL Payment Solution, a B2B Payment platform.

Sigrid Skjønsberg attended Fagerborg Upper Secondary School from 2011 to 2014 and earned their High School diploma. Sigrid then attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2014 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. In 2018, they attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and completed the Norwegian Entrepreneurship Program. Finally, they returned to NTNU and obtained a Master's Degree in the NTNU School of Entrepreneurship in 2019.
