Dave Brooks

Dave Brooks has extensive experience in product development and research management, currently serving as the Director of Product Development at ZTR since June 2025. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of Director of Research and Development at Hydra Dyne Technology Inc. from October 2021 to June 2025. Previous roles include Manager of Product Development at StarTech.com and ZTR Control Systems, as well as various engineering positions at Navistar Inc., where responsibilities included electrical systems management and software development for vehicle control algorithms. Dave holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Western University.
