Kay Yoo

Kay Yoo has had a diverse work experience. Kay is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at ZTX since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development & Operations at Origin Protocol from July 2018 to April 2022. Before that, they worked at KPMG Canada, first as a Senior Associate from October 2014 to December 2016, and then as a Senior Consultant from January 2017 to June 2018. Kay also served as a Sessional Instructional Assistant at the University of Toronto from January 2018 to April 2018. Kay Yoo began their career as a Summer Intern at KPMG Canada in May 2013 and also had a Summer Internship at Korea Exchange Bank in June 2012.

Kay Yoo attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration (HBA). They also studied Piano Performance at The Royal Conservatory of Music, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Kay graduated from Earl Haig Secondary School. In 2021, they attended Product School. Additionally, Kay holds certifications as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) from CPA Ontario and as an Associate of The Royal Conservatory (ARCT) in Piano Performance from The Royal Conservatory of Music. Kay obtained their CPA, CA certification in 2017.
