Jennifer Crane

Jennifer Crane is the current Chief Financial Officer at Zuar. Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, and has held previous positions at Leverage Data and Crossroads.

At Crossroads, Jennifer was responsible for directing and improving all accounting and financial functions. Jennifer also drove corporate growth and opened market opportunities by formulating high-impact financial plans and business strategies. In addition, they oversaw corporate accounting SOX processes, led and motivated a team of 4 administration and HR professionals, and delivered quarterly audit committee reports and persuasive presentations at investor conferences.

During their time at Crossroads, Jennifer was successful in securing $27 million in funding, re-registering the company with the SEC, and filing the S-1. Jennifer also improved staff knowledge and productivity by introducing Open Book Management and training employees on best practices.

Jennifer Crane has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business and is certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Texas.
