Francisco Garcia Chavez

Francisco Garcia Chavez has a wealth of experience in the legal and labor relations field. Francisco is currently serving as the Head of Legal Labour & Employment at Zubale. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Manager, Labour Relations & Employment Law at Jobfit from November 2014 to June 2022. Francisco also worked at XPO Logistics, Inc. as a Senior Supervisor, Labour Relations & Employment Law from November 2013 to October 2014. Before joining XPO Logistics, they served as a Senior Lawyer in Labour Relations & Employment Law at Cervantes Lebrija & Asociados SC for a period of ten years, from August 2003 to July 2013. Francisco started their career as a Legal Analyst in Employment Law for the Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social, where they worked from August 2001 to July 2003.

Francisco Garcia Chavez obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from the Facultad de Derecho de la Barra Nacional de Abogados from 2007 to 2010. Francisco later pursued a Specialty in Labour Law at the Universidad Panamericana from 2017 to 2018.
