Bogusław Lipiński

Bogusław Lipiński was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board as of 17th June 2010 by virtue of a resolution no. 30 of the Special Meeting of Shareholders of 17th June 2010 for a term of office of 3 years.

He is a graduate of the Vocational School of the Public Transport Company of Kraków. He holds the qualifications of an electrician.

Bogusław Lipiński began his professional career at Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne w Krakowie S.A. where in 1973-1978 he worked as an electrician assembling devices and electric traction equipment. In 1978-1979 he was employed as a driver at the Transport Department of the Iglopol Farming and Industrial Plant and in 1979 as the chief operation electrician at the Lenin’s Steel Mill Complex in Kraków. Subsequently, in the period between 1979 and 1996 he assembled electric traction networks at the Municipal Facility of Tracks, Networks and Traction Substations. In 1997-2000 Bogusław Lipiński was an electrician and assembler of electric networks at ZUE S.A..
